Spa Etiquette

Taksu guests have access to a complimentary parking area just in front of the main building.  Lockers are available at Reception to leave your belongings and valuables.

Day Spa guests are provided with solar-powered hot showers or bath, and toiletries in a luxurious spa suite.

We exist for your well being, and are here to guide you in choosing the ideal spa treatment(s) for your personalized experience and to achieve your desired results. While making your reservation, please inform  spa reception of any medical condition such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, known allergies or special needs that require our attention so we can ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Please feel free to contact the spa with any questions concerning the treatments you are interested in choosing for your spa visit.

Please check-in at the Reception Desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment.  To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time.

Please let us know of changes or cancellations by 12 noon the day before your appointment.

To preserve our tranquil environment please silence your cell phone upon check-in so it does not disturb others.

Taksu is not responsible for valuables lost or left at the spa.

Taksu spa service prices include a 8% service charge, but additional gratuities at your  discretion are appreciated. If you wish, the spa reception can assist  with extending a gratuity to your spa practitioner.
