About Taksu Occasions

Taksu organizes professional meetings and special theme events for up to 90 persons in a choice of five unique spaces in idyllic jungle splendor. Your gathering can be catered for under a soaring thatched roof, beside a gently flowing stream, nestled in deep forest serenity or in the solace of the meditation room. There is ample on-site parking reserved for customers, yet Ubud’s most eclectic shopping streets are just meters away.

Start planning with one of our meeting package inclusive of food and drinks at a range of price levels, and sophisticated audio / visual equipment. Our enthusiastic and experienced events team will work with you to add the personal touch to your occasion!

Gathering Spaces

Taksu Gathering Spaces

Gathering spaces at Taksu were designed to allow for creative flexibility, as well as making the locations inspiring natural beauty a part of the total experience.  Each of the five venues can be arranged in traditional corporate style set-ups, or more informally for casual or social events.

Rooftop Terrace

The North and East wings are suitable for an array of gatherings, either individually or as one L-shape space for maximum flexibility. Their open-air, natural ambiance lends a causal feel for daytime occasions, but evening arrangements can deliver a more stylish feeling without being pretentious.

Upper Pavilion

This open-air rectangular area is surrounded by nature on all sides. With its nature-infused character, it is a popular venue for workshops, daytime meals / breaks and meetings that focus on free form thinking and open discussions.
