Full Moon & Winter Soltice Sound Bath with Kate Wiese

December 22 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

“I attended Kate’s sound healing at Taksu. I was immediately transported into a space of peace and relaxation. I was amazed by Kate’s ability to incorporate so many sound instruments into the session. Her voice was a highlight, as she wove the sounds of her vocals with healing instruments. Beautiful experience. Highly recommend. I was completely relaxed and in a blissful state after the session. Thank you Kate for sharing your gift with the world.” – Sara E.

You are kindly invited to join us for our Full Moon Sacred Sound Bath.

*** What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a form of energy medicine, a vibrational therapy, in which sound is used to create balance and alignment in our physical body, chakras and energy fields.

Sound healing uses the power of sound to promote healing and well-being. The harmonic vibrations produced by ancient instruments deeply penetrate the receiver, inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state.

As human beings, we are comprised mainly of liquid; these vibrations deeply penetrate our bodies, moving through our tissues and organs. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. This is not just an auditory experience – it’s like receiving a full body sound massage!

Most people fall into a state of deep relaxation, It’s a pathway to meditation, without knowing how to meditate. The sounds act as the focal point, reducing and eliminating mind chatter, leading to a release of deep-rooted tensions and emotional blocks. Many people emerge from the experience feeling lighter, more in balance, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

*** Testimonial: “I had a very powerful sound healing session with Kate at Taksu in Ubud. It was amazing to feel all the different sounds in my body, especially the huge gongs she played. I actually did not expect to go on such a deep journey, as I had joined other sound healing sessions before and they felt more relaxing. My experience with Kate’s session was about accessing other realms of consciousness and feeling lots of energies moving within me. I loved how she held space and sensed intuitively which instruments to chose and how to play them. Highly recommended to book a session with her! I will definitely do it again.” – Martina R.
