*** Who is Justin?
Working as a director of an International Broking company
in London for 25 years, Justin spent his days match making: pairing the right people together, to close the right deals in the right time.

Now, as a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Justin spends his time pairing the right people to the right lifestyle, diet, yoga – in harmony with their unique Ayurvedic biological constitution – to live a happy, balanced & less stressful life.

His practice and teaching embrace Ayurveda, Yoga Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, as well as applied work on consciousness and techniques in transformational life coaching.

His wish is to empower, inspire and guide people to lead
and maintain a truly happy, healthy and holistic life.

*** What is this workshop about?
–>> A practical Introduction to Ayurveda: Discover, Understand and practically apply Ayurveda into your daily life.

This workshop will provide information on Ayurveda to those seeking either an introduction through to expanding on existing knowledge, including:
– Discover : a 60-min Interactive talk on Ayurveda
– Understand: The physical and mental characteristics of the Doshas, (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) Prakriti, not necessarily Vikriti –
Practical 1-on-1 self assessment followed by Q&A feedback
– Apply, (practically): Q&A on what we are looking to achieve to balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha, (the key phrases, words and characteristics to bring them balance) using lifestyle and diet. Justin will provide some simple & effective Lifestyle and diet recommendations

– Improve Sleep, Reduce Stress, Maximise Mental and Physical Vitality
– Begin to Understand the Physical and Mental characteristics of your own and others Biological constitutions (Prakriti)

The talk starts at the announced time, for about 75 minutes, followed by a Q&A.
