Introducing our new restaurant: Fresh.

Our new restaurant Fresh showcases the raw and vegan artistry of Chef Arif. Raw food principles are strictly adhered to in a broad selection of soups, salads, main courses and deliciously fulfilling desserts.Fresh is the new addition to the dining scene at Taksu, and sets a new bar for raw, vegan and vegetarian dining in Ubud. Fresh is located on the tranquil terrace upstairs, overlooking our tropical jungle paradise.

Downstairs, our Garden cafe continues to serve a wide variety of healthy meals .Chicken and seafood can be added to a wide array of vegetarian dishes.

Our chefs utilize traditional Balinese and Indonesian recipes for the main menu and daily specials, but with a spice mixture suited to western palettes unless extra zest is requested.

All fruit and vegetable drinks are blended by an expert team whom serve with heart their magical concoctions of organic fruit and vegetables.

After 25 combined years on the seas with Carnival Cruises, Chefs Ketut has thrilled to be back in Bali with his family. Given Bali’s dynamic organic industry, He has created many innovative, nutritious dishes, whilst also drawing upon their universal repertoire of best selling dishes from his worldwide journeys. His continual quest for knowledge has led him to dive deeply into holistic health cuisine, and his tasty raw and vegetarian creations are testimony to his passion for culinary exploration.
